I can't say enough great things about Dr Q. Not only does his treatments work wonders, he's also really great about explaining the reasonings behind what I'm experiencing. Every session, I learn more about myself and my body. Happy to say that after just 4 sessions and doing my "homework" I'm no longer experiencing the random twinges of pain in my hip. Thanks Dr Q!
I am a beginner climber. With 2 months of climbing under my belt I started feeling shoulder pain that stopped my climbing experience dead in its tracks. I floundered around on my own for several months with “Dr. YouTube” until an acquaintance mentioned Dr. Q. What a life changing conversation that turned out to be! Today, 2 months after I started seeing Dr. Q, I was able to get on the wall again! On my first visit with him I couldn’t even lift my arm up 45 degrees to my side, so he had his work cut out for him. After working with Dr. Q for several months now I would highly recommend him to anyone that is experiencing a climbing related injury, or non-climbing related injury for that matter as he is good at finding the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable. My injury occurred when climbing a local Austin boulder at Bull Creek that involves lots of hard moves on pockets. After a session on this boulder I had a significant amount of pain in my A2 pulley that got much worse after an indoor session a month later while full crimping.
