People rarely write positive reviews, so I came here to make sure you have one to read. Perry was our realtor for the purchase of our first home. We had many questions and didn't know any professionals in the area. We stumbled upon Perry by lender referral. We were so lucky! He DOES know all the professionals, and DID have answers for all the questions. We, as first time buyers were sweating the whole time, but not Perry. He made the whole process feel very relaxed. When I decided to sell my commercial office building, I had no idea which realtor to go with. I found a Facebook post someone had written asking for commercial realtor recommendations. I noticed that the name that many people highly recommended was Perry Sanford. I contacted Perry along with a few other realtors in the area. After meeting each realtor separately, I decided to go with Perry. He seemed very knowledgeable and my instincts said I should select him. I'm so glad I did! Perry ended up selling my building for $250,000 MORE than what the other realtors suggested as the starting selling point!
