The service provided by this vendor was extremely disappointing. I requested a deep clean on a house being prepared for sale. Included in the order were appliances and interior windows. This house was empty. All interior paint was fresh, so no trim, windowsill, or baseboard cleaning was necessary. I was not on-site during the job. When I checked later in the day it was evident the cleaner did the most minimal job possible and basically phoned it in. The refrigerator and freezer required significant additional cleaning by me. I needed a good cleaning upon moving out and they did a wonderful job! Reasonably priced and very communicative. They also wore masks the whole time. I’m highly satisfied.

We had a team come out and do a “move in” clean before we settled into our new home. They did an amazing job! Worked tirelessly for 4 hours. Cleaned the entire house, all appliances, and even the windows! Could not be more happy with their service. Reasonably priced, great communication and customer service. Definitely recommend Our Maids!
