I used them last year for for a 25k job. Of course the supply issues and it took 6 plus months to get windows.. when came to install only a kid showed up. His installer pat at the time said he hadnt been paid and quit/ fired. Joseph found another guy that i ended up paying direct to install the windows vs dealing with him. Same issue of being paid. The original guys broke a window on delivery which i ended uo paying $1500 out of pocket additional plus I had to manage project and cordinate subs. I think the owner joseph got over his skis with under bidding projects to win, a long lead time in which prices got crazy on labor. Took $34k of my money for a deposit and never heard from them again. Had to sue...got a positive judgement bc they never responded to attorneys or the courts.Seems to me from other reviews this guy has stolen a lot of peoples money. There has to be some remedy...he is a crook. Should all of us whose money he has stolen get with law enforcement? This has to be illegal.

The owner is a criminal with rap sheet a mile long. He's been arrested for every crime under the sun. This business was always a scam. The friends and family who gave him 5 star reviews on Yelp and Google without ever doing business with him should be ashamed of themselves for assisting him in ripping people off.I see a lot of people looking for a legal remedy. Good luck. You cannot draw blood from a stone and you will never get a nickel. Money spent on lawyers will just be more money wasted. Might as well chalk it up to a horrible learning experience and cut your losses.He's a drunk, an addict, and a liar. He tells people he is a good Christian family man and retired military but he's one of the most dishonest human beings you will ever meet.The only reason he started this business is because he had been fired from every reputable window/door business in Austin and was utterly unemployable to the point where the only person who would hire him was himself.
