Nathan and his crew are knowledgeable, on time, communicative, tidy, and above all super professional. Our 16 year old tankless water heater went kaput, called Nathan's Plumbing and he determined that the core was cracked thus beyond repair because of its age :-/ 24 hours later, he had installed a comparable unit. I have used his services for both home and commercial several times over the years and I've never been disappointed. Bonus: when a repair (long run of buried broken sewer pipe) was not something he could tackle, the company he recommended for the job was excellent as well. Nathan treats his customers right!! 5 stars
Referred to Nathan from a neighbor and boy am I happy I was. Called Nathan on a Saturday and got a call back same day. Nathan took the time to listen to my problem and concerns and walk me through a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. Knows his stuff, dedicated to his craft, looking out for his customers, and a genuinely good person. I can't recommend Nathan's Plumbing enough. UPDATE: 8/8/23 - Nathan had referred me to Proven Plumbing to have our 40 gal gas hot water heater replaced in our attic space. Proven Plumbing just finished that replacement and earned a solid 5 stars in my review of their work. That great work further justifies my 5 star review... read full review
Reached out to Nathan yesterday for an issue with our water heater pilot light. He was great in communicating with us about what might be going on, helped us get the heater up and running again, and worked out an action plan depending whether the issue recurs. In addition he gave us a timeline on getting parts if needed and how quickly he could get them installed.
