Mr. Computer is awesome! I had problems with my PC, and Greg was able to help me out. He was knowledgeable and friendly every step of the way. I appreciated knowing what went wrong and his recommendations on what to do after. And his turn around time was excellent too! I was able to get my PC back and working on the same day. The best part is that he refused to charge me since it was a simple fix. Great experience! I highly recommend seeing Mr. Computer if you're having computer woes.

Mr Computer Austin is who you want working on your computer.I'm a transplant like a lot of Austinites and I hadn't found a new "computer guy" since I've moved here. After one visit: Greg is now my computer guy and I'm psyched about it! Mr. Computer is excellent! I was looking for help with my MacBook Air and Greg was responsive and quickly able to fix my issue with my keyboard. He actually was able to fix it so quickly he did not even charge me. I had gotten the run around on cost and what was needed to fix my computer with a lot of other shops in Austin. They were the first place to shoot me straight and made time for me to see them the same day. I will definitely go back to Mr Computer next time I have an issue with any of my computers.
