I called ModernCrete about a small guesthouse rental. Melinda was quick to respond, and although they have a minimum project rate that was beyond the scale of my needs, she was incredibly helpful. We had our floors refinished with Moderncrete and are extremely happy with the results. We started with reddish-orange stained and scored concrete, very rustic, and I was looking for something very contemporary. They diamond polished the color off which resulted in a light gray polished floor with beautiful aggregate showing. It's so unusual and a real showstopper. Melinda was extremely helpful throughout the process making sure that we understood the process completely. They have also been extremely helpful in the post work care of our new floor. I really couldn't be happier with the choice we made and recommend this company highly.

Before I moved into my new house, I tore out the existing floors and hired ModernCrete for diamond polishing. They did a fantastic job, and their customer service / general interaction was off-the-charts great. They went far beyond expectations- superior service, fantastic people. I couldn't be happier with my floor. Hire em!!!
