ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Booked this appointment online, by a referral from our salon in Houston as a reputable establishment. My son, just arrived and was sent away at the door buzzer... she said she had declined his booking. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, and she didn't even have the courtesy of coming to the door to treat him so rudely. IF YOU ARENT TAKING BOOKINGS< DONT HAVE AN ONLINE OPEN PLATFORM TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS.
