I've been seeing Theresa for just over two years now and she always does such a wonderful job at cutting my hair. She's very personable and easy to chat with. I'm the worst at remembering what clippers I use and she always knows exactly how I like my hair cut and styled. She washes your hair, shaves your neck, and has taken the pandemic seriously which I appreciate. Her salon is always extremely clean. I can't recommend Theresa enough.

Been going to Theresa for about 4 years now and I think that should sum it up. She's great at what she does and she is very accommodating/ engaging. I am able to text her to set up appointments, usually with just a couple days notice and I appreciate that big time. To my knowledge, there is also an online portal where you can set appointments. Finally- Totally irrelevant, but extra stars (10/5) to her for being a die hard LSU fan!

I've been bringing my son here for over a year with great results and this review would have been 5 stars. I made an appointment for today 6 days ago. 2 days ago, I got an email confirming today's appt. This morning, I got an email changing his appt. type from child's to adult's. No big deal. A couple of hours later, I got another email cancelling his appt., and dismissively stating that Teresa isn't taking Kim's clients. Maybe something you should have told me when the appt was made, or two days ago instead of confirming...or even this morning, instead of changing it. Now, I'm scrambling to find an appt before we leave town.
