I have been researching various types of music programs for my 5 year old and found that piano lessons don’t typically start until kids are little bit older, I was very excited when I came across Mindy Rawlinson’s Piano Studio and the Music Fun Safari class for preschoolers . My daughter loves the class and says that music is her favorite activity. Reading music and distinguishing between sounds helps my daughter as she is preparing for kindergarten and will soon start to read. I love that she is learning so much and building a solid foundation for her future academic and music success. Mindy does all of this in a fun, active and engaging environment; I am beyond happy with the class! I look forward to my younger children experiencing this class.
My daughters loves Miss Mindy and her Safari Music Introductory Class. She learns a lot each week and always looks forward to their class. Mindy loves each of the kids she works with and I think she gets the best out of them because of that! We would highly recommend her to anyone.
Getting my son to try new things and sticking with them is no easy task. However, after starting piano lessons with Ms. Mindy a little over a year ago, my 8 year old has not only stuck with it but has performed at 3 piano recitals and 2 UT Festivals. Miss Mindy makes learning the piano fun by teaching them popular and exciting songs that they can play almost immediately. Then with her expert knowledge and fun and relaxed teaching style progresses them to more advanced pieces. I am thrilled with my son’s amazing progress and with the enjoyment and sense of accomplishment he gets from practicing and playing the piano. Thank you Miss Mindy!!!
