If you are getting a wax or facial you have to schedule with Shade!! She is so knowledgeable and communicative, and a joy. Her energy is positive, comforting, and fun and she makes you feel happy and confident after her services!
I stayed at The Loren to celebrate a birthday and booked a 90-minute massage with Tremaine and a Lux Facial with Jenn. Tremaine was incredible, very gifted and provided an exceptional massage. He is so kind and professional, and creates a wonderful atmosphere. Jenn was also amazing. I loved my Lux Facial, enjoyed the spa space, steam shower, and overall ambiance. The front-office/boutique staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
Sometimes I come down here to see Claudia because she is definitely worth the extra drive when needed! I love this location. It's smaller than my usual location (Arboretum) but every bit just as luxurious. I always have a nice time here. Definitely recommend!
