Our architecture studio has recently successfully competed a custom residence with the Melde team. The owner, Bernie, has created a wonderfully culture of high standards, attention to detail, and humility across his entire team. Everyone on their team is experienced and cared deeply for the project outcome.

The project manager, Kellen, had tip top communication throughout the workflow. Strong communication between builder and architect can make or break a project and we were very happy with the Melde team. Flexibility is also very important and the Melde team listened to us and provided options and knowledge along the way - excellent teamwork!
