Unknowledgeable front desk. He was no help in any of the add on features. When we got the gift card we were talked into add more on the card to get us an additional $20 Voucher which didn’t work. He said it most likely was used or not set up right… I definitely didn’t use it so don’t fall for that trick when purchasing. The lady who did my facial did a great job however I paid for a 60 minute and walked out after 50 minutes (including the consultation) .. so you don’t get the full time. It is what it is, but I won’t go to this location again. Pricing was good.
Enjoyed getting facials at this location but, I am very upset when it comes to the membership options. I can’t keep up with the membership due to my finances. My account was suspended due to my card on file expiring. I am very disappointed that when I called today to use my credits I had payed for, prior to the account being suspended. I was advised I couldn’t use them, that I would lose that credit so technically I lost $225 because my account has to be active in order for me to use these credits. Again, I cannot continue with the membership and its not fair that I am losing my earned money due to the membership options they have.
While my experience with the therapists have been great, the business does not honor the language of its own cancellation policy. I called to cancel my appointment within 24hrs, and so expected to pay a fee. Their website states that "Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price." (link: The operator I spoke with gave me 2 options for cancellation: 1) a charge to my card on file of $70, or one massage off my membership for the month of a $70 value. When I asked what the cost of my 90 min appointment was as a member, I was told $105. I pushed back on this, as 50% of $105 is $52.50, but I was told that "that's just the way our system is set up and I can't change it." No manager was available for me to speak to. Not sure if this was just an instance of incompetence of one employee, but very unhappy with this as this violates the exact language of their policy. Expectations were not met.
