You can not trust Mario. Had valuable gun missing after mario and one other worker from another company finished there work in my house. I had to call another plumber to finish his work. Cost me $250.00. Hire Mario at your own RISK.
While I didn't go with Mario's bid I felt the need to tell everyone how prompt his responses were. I was looking for estimates and reached out to around 10 companies. Mario and one other were the only two that responded quickly, gave me the answers I needed and didn't give me the run around. I was impressed with his knowledge of what I was asking as it was not a simple job. I've already told him I may be back begging. I'm a world where customer service can be lacking I felt like I needed to talk about my good experience with him thus far.
Mario is great. He always shows up on time. He's had a few jobs he completed at our business. We found him after a job that went down south with another company. He really saved the day! Will continue to use him.
