MacTronics Apple Authorized Service Provider

My laptop wouldn’t power up this weekend. I went on Apple’s authorized service center portal and scheduled an appointment at a different company in the area. I dropped it off on Monday and by Tuesday they were charging me a rush fee and telling me I needed to contact DriveSavers to spend $800-4000k to try and recover my data. Frustrated I called a bunch of other companies while literally sitting in the parking lot. Thats when I called MacTronics. I immediately drove there and dropped off my laptop at 11am. Today I brought in my broken macbook, & the staff was so helpful. Instead of selling me on any service they could the staff laid out all my options. I appreciate the integrity of this establishment & will be back!

Great service and recommendations! I was a walk-in and had some questions about two of my computers and within minutes I had recommendations for service solutions. Will definitely be bringing all my devices here from now on!
