I showed up to Live Love Relax in tears of pain and left in literal tears of joy. I CANNOT thank Alejandro enough from the bottom of my heart for squeezing me in today after I woke up in excruciating pain. I am currently training to compete in bodybuilding and have recently started to take recovery more seriously. After looking up and calling a few places I am so grateful to have ended up at Live Live Relax. Alejandro’s understanding of the human bodily, willingness to teach me about my own body and how it works as well as his incredible energy and knowledge have truly transformed me. I have been dealing with debilitating hip flexor/leg pain for years....I’ve just learned to ignore it. It was so bad that my quads have started to develop differently. I came in limping and left walking straight - without pain - for the first time in YEARS. I don’t know if these are typical results - but I can tell you Alejandro is truly and deeply gifted. Looking forward to working through the rest of my many issues with him. Thank you thank you thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!
We absolutely LOVED our couple's massage! They both listened to our requests and helped us to feel very relaxed and comfortable. This was my first expierence with a prenatal massage and it was the best (and most comfortable) session I've ever had. Awesome expierence overall! Highly HIGHLY recommend! 🙂👍
