I had the best hair experience of my life today with Kelli (not exaggerating)!! In the past, I’ve always had a hard time pin pointing exactly what it is I don’t like about the highlights and cut I get. Which makes it really hard to explain what I want when I see a stylist. I hate feeling like I’m being annoying by walking in not knowing what I want, so I usually just go with whatever the stylist says. Kelli took so much care and time in listening to my ramblings and did not proceed until she was 100% sure what i wanted. Editing my initial review. While I didn’t have the best experience during my first time here and would still not get another blowout with the same stylist. I do have to say Christie, the manager, did work promptly to make things better. She called and emailed and got things resolved quickly. She also invited me back in for a short massage. Her massage was good and that side of the spa/salon looks better.

I just love how Lifetime now has a masseuse (Roy) that knows how to give a Brazilian lymphatic massage. So worth it! I could see the difference in my waist as soon as I got off the massage table.
