Lien Phat is my togo tax every years. Mr.Patrick is very nice and fun to talk and work with. But lately, 3 years in a row, the front desks guy (only 1 male at the front, the rest are females) was rude, not happy with his job. The 1st year (pandemic) he told me send all document thru email and he will take care of my tax, i waited and waited for 2 months, no responds, i contacted the office and he was like : "i'll work on it, next week you can come to office and sign" - ended up filed my tax late. The 2nd year he did my tax wrong. I had to ask him to allow me to see Mr.Patrick (in the back office) to fix it. The 3rd year, I went to office in Feb to complete all my tax....read full review
