This guy is a con man! He finished my job, but only because I was smart enough to only pay half up front and the balance upon completion. He made tons of promises, but tried to get out of them. It has been less than 2 years since the repair and the issue has returned to exactly the same as before the repair. Not sure what they did wrong. They gave us a life time warranty, but will not respond to phone calls. My lawyer is now involved and I plan to see if I can press charges. Do not use Levelup! They are criminals!

Do NOT HIRE. They stole 7.4k from us. Same as all other bad reviews. They took money to "get job scheduled" then they ghosted us for months. We finally made contact by telling them we wanted to add to contract.. they responded within minutes. They strung us along for a few more months until I gave up. I will be filing in small claims court in New Braunfels and probably Austin too, just to put people on notice. Ray lives in Canyon Lake, Comal County. They also do work in Houston, just can't find company name. I am a 59 yr old woman and caregiver to my 85 yr old mother. He is so low to rip us off. If he would steal from us, he will steal from you. We hired Ray and Danielle Link (also known as Next Level Contractors ATX) to build our new deck. We gave them 50% deposit and $6000 for additional work. After they demolished the old deck nothing happened for weeks. Eventually they started the framing for the new deck but used substandard materials and the work was not up to code. Ray stopped responding to phone calls and messages and we hired an attorney to recover our loss. Ray and Danielle have many aliases and a long, long history on criminal background check.
