I had my first experience with LaLa today and words cannot express my gratitude and relief walking out of my appointment. She truly understands the body inside and out. I’ve never had a massage where the therapist took the time to explain not only the physical symptoms, but the mental as well. The sense of relief in my body and mind is unexplainable. I have already booked a session with her for a sound bath and will be back soon after for another massage. I truly could not recommend her enough!!

I cannot say enough about LaLa! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Her space is absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful. She did a great job explaining how the session would work so that I wasn't jarred by the change in touch, sound, etc.. She has wonderful energy that adds to the incredible massage experience. I have a hard time really relaxing, and she got me there, no question. I was just visiting Austin for a few days, but I wish that I lived there so that I could see her all the time.

Lala is the best! I've been seeing her for years and I am so so grateful that she exists and does what she does. She's trauma-informed and creates a shame-free environment for all bodies. She's super attuned to her clients' needs and curates the most soothing and healing environment for energy and bodywork.
