    Loving the workout once a week for my schedule. Only done 6 workouts but I can definitely see and feel changes in my muscles. Highly recommend. Glenn does a great job motivating and pushing me to my limits.

    I had a problem with my right shoulder when I started attending the training sections at Kelly, at first it was a little difficult because of the pain I felt but little by little without realizing it the pain had gone and I could do my training without any pain That's how my problem went away and now I can have a life without pain thanks to my therapy at Kelly personal training thanks to my trainer by the way I give her a 10 she is very good at her job I highly recommend her her name is Ciara thank you very much in advance Ciara??

    I really like Kelly personal training. My trainer works with me once per week and in 30 minutes I am completely spent. I've been amazed at the progress I have made. I have really increased my strength over the last 10 weeks. These guys know what they are doing and they actually help you. I needed to increase my leg strength for the bike rides that I'm doing this spring and it is helped immensely. I highly recommend them.
