We purchased a home that likely at some point contained incontinent pets, which had resulted in stains in the concrete underneath the carpet/linoleum as well as a really strong foul odor. DIY attempts to remove the odor ultimately helped a bit, but failed to eradicate the smell.
After researching, K&M Steam Cleaning came to my attention as they offer services to clean concrete, address pet odors, etc. We were in a bit of a rush to get the work done as we couldn’t proceed with further renovations until the bad odors had been eliminated. The K&M Steam Cleaning team showed up on time, after letting me know they were on their way, and walked me through everything they were going to do. Super polite and careful not to scrape or damage anything with the equipment -- and updated me on the results when they were done. Carpeting looks great! A very positive experience!
