I have no idea who Andy is, but he sounds great. Unfortunately for us, we worked with Steve Creasy, and I agree with every one other one star review about him. "Road of misery", horrible workmanship, caused damage to walls, unreliable, unresponsive, seems to have fired himself because he just stopped showing up and responding.

My company contracted Just Concrete Floors to redo the floors in our office lobby and restrooms. The owner, Steve Creasy, made us promises he couldn't keep and lead us down a road of misery. We initially only wanted our floors done but Steve said he wouldn't accept the job unless he could also do the tile work, so we agreed to that. He gave us a timeline of two weeks to complete and said he would make sure to have ample crew. During what turned out to be a two-month job we encountered several un-remedied mistakes. His crew was usually only himself and sometimes another person. His reasoning for not supplying adequate manpower was that the laborers he used were afraid of being deported. Steve's poor time management caused the rest of our project to be thrown off track by many weeks. We had other trades like countertops, cabinets, and painting that couldn't perform their work because he wasn't finished in the amount of time he scheduled. More than unmet promises, there was the quality of the work. In one of our upstairs restrooms, when demoing the fixtures (counters, stalls, etc.), he failed to remove the large mirror that was supported only by the countertops and the glue on the wall. While pouring the concrete, somehow some of it seeped through the floor and the downstairs ceiling landing on the floor of the room below. Days later, after the floors were poured and dry, the mirror came crashing down, doing a great deal of damage to the concrete floor he just finished. He promised to fix it but never did. After all of the issues we'd been having, including unprofessional conversations with some of our employees about hating this job, we sat down with him and the president of our company to reestablish our expectations going forward. Upon leaving the meeting and apparently disturbed, Steve accosted a woman on our renovation team and threatened her, prompting another man on the team to follow him outside and confront him. We allowed him to come back to finish the job but after a few days of missed expectations he ultimately quit with no communication to us. If Steve is still in business, it is in your best interest to avoid working with him as it will only bring intense frustration to your life.

Steve's preparation on our floor resurfacing was disastrous to us. He left our home without checking in and disappeared into thin air when we tried to get his assistance to bring to our satisfaction. Just a bad deal with how he chose to close our project.
