My first time going here a couple of weeks and they did a poor job of ironing my shirt. I went the other day to pick up 3 items I dropped off and the attendant just hooked my clothes on the back headrest of the passenger seat instead of hanging them on the clothes hook of the car.

I've been a loyal Jack Brown (Lakeway) customer since 2017. It isn't the cheapest. The reason I'm so loyal is because of two things. 1: they've never misplaced or ruined any of my items, which is a bold statement after more than 6 years of frequent services.
2: Because of Tim. He's the heart and soul of the operation in Lakeway. He remembers us and all the other regulars. He takes time to remember names and preferences. I know he looks out for our things. He recognizes our car - and it's a black SUV - not exactly memorable - but he knows it's us and before we're even stopped he's already gathering our items so we can have a faster interaction. I've only been there once, for tailor service. It was quickly obvious that the person did not want to have to take a tailoring order as his first response was "we don't do that on-site, so it's going to take at least a week." The reason I went there was because they advertise that they do these services onsite. But if the person didn't want to take the business I wasn't willing to risk the quality of the work. So I went to a nearby competitor.
