Same mistake I made is I didn’t check google review before I went there. They damaged my blouses. Never bring your stuffs to there for clean. My two cents help you save your time and money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT GO BACK. I TRIED TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE, IMPATIENT, OVERWORKED AND CLEARLY UNDERPAID. WORKERS SMOKING INSTEAD OF WORKING. DONT KNOW HOW TO SAY HELLO. THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU WITH DISGUST. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS FIND A MOM & POP AND SOMEOKE WHO CARES LIKE I DID.

Unfortunately, this is to be a bad review.

My first mistake was not checking the google reviews first before I dropped my King comforter off for cleaning. Needless to say, I dropped my comforter off for cleaning here on a whim. Never again. After the week it took to clean, I picked it up and there was a tear. So the front lady (who was very helpful and nice) did her best and said they could fix it. 3 WEEKS LATER I get it back and am told they don’t do refunds and can do credits.

I will NEVER go back to this cleaners.
