It's quite frustrating when someone rates your service one star (or lower if possible) based solely on a phone interaction. I've spoken with the manager of this particular location no fewer than three times, and each time she has been rude and condescending. I had planned to use the service for my office since they are conveniently located, but I ended up choosing a completely different company due to my interactions with the office manager.

I almost didn't come because of all the bad reviews but it's the closest dry cleaners to my house so i risked it. I figured nobody posts about a fine dry cleaners experience, only when they F something up, which I'm sure is frustrating. Got 2 suits and a dress shirt cleaned for 40 bucks... it was ready exactly when they said it would be and there were no issues.

Awful customer service! Called ahead asking if they did alterations services. Arrived to the place and the lady asked me the measurements I wanted, I asked her if she could measure it because I didn’t know and she replied that “she could not and she would hate to do it”. I don’t understand how a place with that level of customer service is still on business. Think twice before wasting your time there. Also the prices are higher than average
