Isrrael non responsive to any of my emails My project is a kitchen remodel, and 2 bathrooms / substantial changes Clearly IV Remodel is not interested in me or my business- I run a business- would have been better if they were upfront and communicated they were too busy and was not able to take on business Really disappointing- I'll make sure to share my experience with my clients, colleagues and friends

Promptly responded to my inquiry which was nice. Asked to see photos of my project. Once they saw my photos their response was, “At this time our schedule is booked in Austin and we are unable to get you an estimate.” Pretty obvious that my project was not high dollar enough to care. Message received. Thanks.

Contacted IV for a bathroom estimate . Melissa, I guess in the office, Said no problem and asked that I send them current pics. Few days later sent me an email advising they "recommend" having their design consultant, come out and do her design thing. It would cost $100 and if we liked the estimate it would go towards the cost. I don't need it and didn't ask for it. I guess that's there way of charging for an "estimate" Melissa also said the owner is a designer. If that's so, his expertise should be part of the process automatically.
