Today, my son's iPhone had an unexplained issue, so we took it in for repairs. Joseph was incredibly kind and helped us out, fixing the problem in just a few hours! I really appreciate his expertise and customer service. It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place!
They replaced the battery for my Pixel phone. I had already gone to another place that had refused to do it. This place took care of it for a reasonable price, phone has been working great since.
Wow! Can't believe Joseph at Smart Fix fixed my cell phone, which I don't have any hope after having taken my water damaged cell phone to other 2 repair shops and announced "unfixable" before my last try at Smart Fix. Because I want to get back my 2 kids' photos which were taken since they were babies. Joseph tried all his best to fix my cell phone. Now he ordered parts to try to repair my rear camera. Me and my husband can't thank Joseph enough that he brings back all our memorable photos. THANK YOU, Joseph! You are the BEST!!! Definitely will recommend to other people who need repairs.
