The flooring material that we had chosen initially didn’t come in the exact shade we had in mind and he made sure he communicated that to us, we were able to make changes in time. Excellent customer service that goes hand in hand with a very wide collection of options.

We got our carpet installed last month and we are absolutely blown away by the stellar customer service from start to finish. I can't praise Horizen Flooring highly enough. From the get go, Clement was extremely responsive and was very flexible with our timeline and schedule. Before visiting their showroom, I would recommend calling them first for an appointment. Since I was on a time crunch, I did appreciate how Clement was able to come out to our house and take measurements first before the showroom appointment. That way we didn't need to waste any time once we decided on the carpet we wanted. I unfortunately had to reschedule twice for the carpet installation... read full review

Great selection of hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpet options available in the showroom. Clement was very knowledgeable on the products and professional. Positive experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends!
