The folks here were able to get us in quickly for Mani and Pedi's. When a customer became a problem they quickly took care of it to insure that our experience was relaxing. We will 100% go back to support them.

I'm not into the fancy, painted nails. I love a really good pedicure. The kind where you look at your feet afterwards and throughout the day and say, "wow!" I have really neglected my feet and was in dire need of a pedicure. Thursday night I did a search on Yelp and found Hooky with really good reviews. I called Friday morning for an appointment. She asked what time I needed, I asked for the next earliest. She said, "can you come now?" I said I can be there in 15 minutes. I'm so glad I took a chance. I live in the neighborhood and have been using Hooky nails for years. The staff is very pleasant and the salon is clean. If other clients haven't been happy here, perhaps it's because some of the staff don't speak much English, while others including the owner speak English just fine. It might help to find someone to express their concerns with. They do very nice and clean work, and keep their tools well sterilized. I have been in more expensive salons and ended up with nicks or fungus later. Not here! They're very kind and the salon may not be the fanciest, but very good, clean, and comfortable.
