I have chronic pain and have done talk therapy for 12+ years with a therapist that I love. I have done EMDR for trauma, acupuncture, biofeedback, PT for rehabilitation, and I work out every week with a trainer that focuses on rehabilitation. I have previously seen other therapists and psychiatrists, so I have tried many modalities in attempt to enrich my life.

For some time, I have been aware of many of the changes I need to make in my behavior in order to improve my quality of life; however, I have struggled to make said changes. Since my session with Kimberly, I feel that I am able to recognize, in real time, when I need to listen to my intuition and act/react differently in order to protect my body and live my best life! Seeing her has been an amazing gift, and it was exactly what I needed.

Lastly, I really appreciate how seen and heard I felt with Kimberly. I often leave doctors/other places feeling completely dismissed, disheartened and unmotivated to find the help that I know I need. She is so fun, not at ALL judgey, and she made me feel so validated. Plus, it’s a total bonus to get to work with a person that you would love to have as a friend! It is difficult to find people that are skilled at their trade, AND ALSO so pleasant/joyful, excellent at listening and good at connecting with their clients/patients.
