If you're looking for a personal trainer in Austin, this is the place to go! They have amazing trainers who are knowledgeable and also assist you with nutrition. They also consider any preexisting conditions you may have and adjust your personalized workout plan based on that. I had a shoulder injury that occasionally flares up, and they have been able to adapt quickly. The weekly check-in really helps you stay accountable for your fitness goals. They are encouraging and honestly, without them, I don't think I'd be as far along in my fitness goals as I am now!

Have been absent from working out since Covid - so needed some encouragement and structure to get back into it. I'm not a gym person so I was a little intimidated starting - but Adrien, and the entire crew quickly put me at ease - have been at it just over a month, and have already lost 10lbs, and have regained a lot of energy. Pushing 60yo I wanted to make sure I did things safely, as well as work on balance and flexibility. So far - Heavy Mettle has exceeded my expectations... I look forward to continuing!!

Been working with HMF for about a month and a half on my fitness journey and have really enjoyed it! My personal trainer Kevin is very professional and knowledge on fitness and has really helped me continue to reach my goals. Also, a bonus was Matt who has put together my nutrition plan and monitoring my progress. Both of them are quick to respond to my questions outside the gym. All the other trainers are very friendly and personable (shout out to Adrian for helping me move!) and the location, while at first glance might appear small from the outside has everything you could want in a gym and they have good AC so you aren't dying during the summer!
