Jonas Adams was the most detailed inspector we've had. We had him do a pre-inspection before we sold our home, and we were able to use his report to fix everything that needed to be fixed in our home to the point there were absolutely no issues when we sold the home. You definitely want to hire Greenworks Inspection if you want peace of mind, and particularly Jonas if you want an extremely thourough job done. If we hadn't been moving out of state we would use them for all future inspection needs.
