I had the pleasure of meeting Jason on April 17th, when I began service. My family and I had recently moved to Austin and had just moved into our house a few days before. I found a few "unauthorized residents" playing cards in my garage, and was not pleased. Jason was very professional and very courteous. I decided to purchase service for an entire year but only because I felt so comfortable with him and his concern for my fears.
