Thr hair cut is good and the service is ok. The location works well for us too.I took off 1 star because their app has been designed really bad. The wait time changes in a weird way and there is no way to schedule tp go in at a specific time.My son comes in from the school at 4.30 and everyday by that time the wait line is so long that I can't get in online. If I try to get in line sooner, my number would come sooner before my son comes home. No way to solve this issues and the folks in the place have no inclination to help solve it either.

Just discovered that my barber Scott no longer works at the Steiner Ranch location. Asked if there was anyone available who could do beard trims in addition to hair cuts and to my chagrin was told they didn't have anyone at this location! How do I find out where Scott went? Or at least a recommendation where I can get my haircut and bread trim done well. I give Scott 5 stars but the shop only 3 stars as they can't take care of my needs.
