The lady was super nice and friendly. She tried to use the same dirty smock that she used on the guy before me. Only used a new one because I asked her to. Cut my hair shorter than I asked for. But at least it's pretty even and straight. Probably won't go back, but not a terrible experience
This is my go-to location & they usually do a good job but this last time was not good. I went it for a specific cut and the woman who cut my hair was an African American woman. I showed her a picture. All she did was cut off my split ends and tell me "I really needed this cut"..... mkaaaaaay. When she was finishing up I told her I wanted more layers and she essentially said no. I ended up walking out of there with my hair looking the EXACT SAME, aside from my split ends cut off. The cut I wanted would have changed my style drastically. She 100% didn't do anything I asked. I may start looking around for other stylists.
I got a coupon, so I came here. The stylist cut my hair in an odd way, sliding the scissors down my hair while trying to face frame. It was pulling my hair and hurting me. I ask her to stop doing it like that. She said she did not know how to face frame using the scissors normally. She then stopped my haircut saying she did not feel comfortable finishing. I gladly waited for the other stylist to finish who was kinder and did not use that technique.
