They did great job covering the tile grout and the carpets. There were some patches that were not visibly dirty when the floor was wet, but then after drying, I requested them to come back and redo and all worked out great.

I worked for this company as an office manager for a couple of years. What led me there was God and His plan to transform my life by connecting me with the office staff and employees. What kept me there was nothing short of the integrity, professionalism, and commitment this company displays in all they do. From the president to the employees, I witness the care with which they take care of their own and the tenacity with which they approach every job. Every building. Every contract. I can’t say enough good things about Sandy Dickey and Global Maintenance. Her staff was trained to provide a high level of detail to the job of cleaning coupled with superior customer service. No request was ever too small or large and was completed in the promised timeframe. Any concerns were discussed and corrected in a timely manner. In all my years as a property manager, Global Maintenance was the commercial janitorial company I relied on.
