Update. This is the second time I have used this service. For seperate issues. I would call them thousand times more if necessary. Every question was answered no matter how silly it probably was. Felix was great! My heater went down right as the winter storm was coming in to town and he was able to come same day (on a Sunday), he was able to diagnose the problem and get it resolved quickly! My apartment's HVAC is faulty, and management refuses to acknowledge the issues. I decided to bite the bullet and after being turned down by two other companies without explanation, I called Frosty Mist.The guy on the line explained that, as a renter, I can't touch the HVAC without the owner's say-so – a liability issue. I didn’t catch his name, but he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, even after we established that I wasn’t a prospective client.
