I was so disappointed when I saw what was delivered to my daughter's office. She sent me a picture and instead of a vase of beautifully arranged variety of flowers I'd selected, it was just a bunch of roses, a daisy or two and CARNATIONS!! The picture showed limelight hydrangeas, roses, daisies, lots of greenery. AND to add insult to injury - I UPGRADED TO THE NEXT LEVEL because I thought that would make it extra-gorgeous. But instead, the arrangement looked like something I ran into a grocery store and grabbed a few roses and flowers for about $15 and then put it a Dollar Tree vase. I am sick about it, but of course, I should have read the reviews here on Yelp. Once you read the fine print, you are locked into anything THEY choose to arrange. That should be illegal. What a horrible way to do business. I won't make that mistake again!
I am PISSED. Seriously. Such a JOKE. $140 FOR THIS!?!?! It has like 10 freaking flowers in it! The majority are carnations. Those are $4 bucks at Walmart! Stupid fine print saying "flowers may look different than the picture." Try NOT EVEN CLOSE.
This isn't a real florist - this is an office building.. when you arrive there, you are greeted at the office building by a security guard who tells you that the suite (200) that they are in is a shared space occupied by multiple businesses. This is an out-of-state rip for a company whose trying to snag the local business away from real florists. There are so many great florists in Austin, each one has their own personality, I would highly discourage anyone from trying to use this place. The 512 number on their website goes to someone who sounds like they are in a callcenter. Buyer beware!
