I recently had new LVP flooring put in from Floor King. I was extremely happy with all phases of the installation, starting with Ramon Norris. He was very patient with us making decisions, offered many options, explained the process, and came by during installation to check on how it was going. He responded quickly with answers to any questions we had. I know he was busy, but he made us feel like we were his only clients. The people that Floor King uses for demo and installation were outstanding on their professionalism and timeliness in completing the job. I highly recommend Floor King and will use them when I am ready to do some re-carpeting of some rooms.

I worked with Rey to select my new kitchen backsplash. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He explained the difference between the different products and also allowed me to take some samples home to make my selection easier. This whole process was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. The installer Jamie Galarza was very good and cleaned up after himself. The whole process for the installation only took about 3.5 hours. If I have anything negative to say is that I do not speak Spanish and thankfully I have a translator on my phone without it I would not have been able to communicate with him effectively. I have builder grade rugs in both bedrooms. My wife and I visited Floor King because they sold Karastan Rugs. My wife and I were impressed by all the sales team members we worked with. We are looking forward to installation.
