My daughter and worked with Jazzlyn at the South Austin location to select tile and flooring for 3 bathroom renovations. She was amazing! She was knowledgeable and quickly able to understand our style and exactly what we were looking for. Our one hour appointment turned into two and Jazzlyn remained patient and interested the entire time. I am so excited to see these final projects and appreciate Jazzlyn for making the tile selection seamless and fun!
Just bought over $4k in tile as part of a 3 bathroom remodel. Had not scheduled a design meeting, but Jazz said hello, was free and away we went for two hours. Knew we had nailed the selections, but came back with a scheduled appointment and changed course. She did not miss a beat and was OK with our change of direction. The knowledge of Jazz as one of the design staff (along with her demeanor and can do attitude) helped us seal the deal. Modeling the bathrooms on their CAD tool, providing renderings along with the detail and color swatches for grout were extremely helpful along with detailed order data that included extra product for shrinkage. My son came to pickup the order and Jay in order delivery/fulfillment even sought out some scrap cardboard that could be used to top off the tile when ratcheted down for the trailer ride home. Price/selection were good but interacting with Jazz and Jay are what mattered.
I love shopping at floor decor! Everyone is willing to assist you and help you find for what you are looking for. Monia at the register is always very nice and willing to help you if you have any questions also she is quick in checking out and always greets you once you enter the store!
