Very bad service!! It has nothing fast! Sara made me wait 40 minutes and then told me that she couldn't cut my hair because it was already scheduled with someone else when she has cut my hair several times. I think he got lazy at the moment and decided that someone else would better take care of me.

Not fast at all! This place is big time waster. I came here because it was cheap but not anymore. They charge $20 for men haircuts. Not cheap enough to wait an hour and a half.

Poor communication! Called ahead, they said no wait and they are open until 7:30 PM. They really lock the doors at 6:30 PM. You can see people inside they see you and won’t speak to you. I called back I saw them look at the phone and intentionally ignore my call. It is easy to put up a sign if you are closing early. The lack of professionalism and communication is discouraging. That’s on me for trying to support a small business in my area.

Previously, I was a client of Mrs. Sara, she stopped working at the place and now I have a new stylist for me named Karina, who arrived asking for her. Mrs. Sara told me that it didn't take long for her to arrive. It took a while and she didn't arrive. I asked her. Mrs. Sara could serve me and she refused to give me the service, arguing that she had an appointment with a family of 4 people, which time passed and the supposed people never arrived. It was very obvious that she did not want to understand me, which is unprofessional. your part
