I had a great Experience with Dr. Trinidad. At previous places, I felt like I was being rushed and the workers just did not care about my questions and concerns. I got this placed recommended to me and the experience was great. I got my questions answered and did not feel weird asking my concerns related to my contacts and future eye procedures that I might qualify for, 100% recommended.
Excellent Experience with Dr. Trinidad!I visited Dr. Trinidad for an issue I was experiencing with my eye, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care I received. Dr. Trinidad was exceptional in every aspect of my visit. He patiently listened to all my concerns and questions, and his thorough explanations immediately put me at ease.What impressed me the most was his willingness to walk me through the issues I was facing with my eye, ensuring I understood everything clearly. Staff is friendly. They have good tech/equipment. mProcedures are fast. But man, the wait time is unbearable. In each of My last three appointments here, I've prob stayed for about 1.5hrs for a routine yearly eye exam. Of those 1.5hrs, I spent an hour of it just waiting. Waiting to in the lobby before they bring me back. And then waiting even longer in the exam room for the dr.
