Booked them through Thumbtack regularly communicated to confirm their arrival at 8am today... Called them, messaged them and no responses and no show. Absolute SCAM of a company and should've known given the lack of reviews over the past year. In process of requesting the full refund. Do NOT use them.

They were hired through Thumbtack and agreed to the date and time for the home cleaning. I rearranged my day to ensure I was home to let them in. However, they never showed up and never responded to messages or calls. I ended up contacting Thumbtack directly to get my money back. Do not use them, they are not worth the time and possibly a SCAM now that I see no reviews for them in over a year.
