Craig and his team installed a metal Solara pergola on a custom metal substructure that they built according to our design vision. The work was completed quickly and with excellent quality. My sunroom was built by Emerald Sunrooms about 15 years ago. Since that time, I've had two issues come up. One was the need to resolve an incomplete building permit, which required finding a 10-year old engineer's certification. The recent occasion was to call to ask some advice on replacing an unusual AC/HEATER unit. Both times I called, Craig responded quickly and had a fast fix to recommend. Craig truly embodies "service after the sale". I didn't expect him to be so helpful so long after the purchase was made. But, he politely and effectively resolved both my issues. If I ever need another construction project, Emerald will be the first place I go for a quote. I strongly recommend this company.
