I recently started at embody fitness to try to get myself back together after 2 csections. Lindsay has taken me on as a client, and made me feel super comfortable and excited about what I can accomplish. She’s very knowledgeable and met me exactly where I was at- which was basically no where since I haven’t worked out in years! But I’m feeling so much more motivated after having started with her, and know this was the perfect starting point for me. I definitely recommend embody fitness no matter what level you’re at in your health and fitness journey.

Lindsay, the owner, is a gem of a human! She is the perfect combination of empathetic, energetic, and motivational. As a postpartum mom of two, I came to Embody Fitness in an attempt to try to get my body back. Lindsay is a busy mom herself and just gets it! We clicked instantly! I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Cailin Couch for nearly a year and this is the longest I’ve actively worked out in years and I don’t plan on stopping. Cailin is great, she pushes me to work hard but is great with any injuries or sensitivities. The sessions are well worth it to hit your fitness goals. If you’ve been thinking about starting individual training sessions or small classes, do it with Embody and ask for Cailin!
