Do not trust this business with any item of clothing you consider valuable as they will either 1) lose it 2) take months longer than promised to clean it 3) ghost any form of communication with you. Any attempt at resolution with management might as well be thrown in the garbage as they won't respond to you and basically hope you forget.
Had lost wedding items and STILL, months later, waiting for the manager to respond back to me. Jeff, don't waste your time responding to this as we both know the issue won't go anywhere. Spend your money elsewhere, horrible management.
Lost my wedding veil:
Do not leave any items that you don’t mind losing with EcoClean, especially don’t trust them with wedding gown cleaning services. I dropped off my dress and veil for cleaning and preservation in June 2023. The bridal boutique where I bought my dress recommended this location. I was told and given a receipt that my expected pick up date would be September 2023, three months later. After inquiries and visits to the Lamar location in-person, I was told that my dress and veil would be ready by November—that goal post was eventually moved to December. I had an issue with an order in mid-late June. When I came to pick up the order, the associate called the manager and he confirmed that he would issue me a refund for the issue. Superb, I renewed my membership in the Wed discount club thanks to this customer service and left a happy customer.
Fast forward now to August, and I STILL have not received the refund promised. In addition, as other reviews have stated, I cannot seem to get any response from management. I’ve tried going into the store, emailing, using their contact box on the website- absolutely nothing.
