The team at Driven has a lot of knowledge and experience in this field, it's not just another gym. They take the time to get to know you and your individual needs to build workouts specific to you, taking into consideration previous injuries as well as future goals. The trainers at Driven are individual focused and make sure you are getting the most out of the time you spend with them. I’ve participated in the group workouts as well which are small enough to still get quality input from the trainer who is coaching! I highly recommend checking out Driven. Each trainer there is fantastic!!

I am a runner who was sidelined for 18 months with various health and injury problems. When my body finally started to come back online, I knew I would need to invest in customized strength programming to get running again. I contacted Driven because of its focus on athletes and the education and experience of its trainers. I have been working with Heidi Bohall for about five months, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Not only did she get me running again, but she is a lovely person, and I look forward to our sessions. I expect to remain a client for a long time.
