Updating my review! The manager was patient and understanding. She apologized for the experience I had and provided a credit towards future services. I used my credit to try their scalp massage and facial. Very happy with my experience.
Y’all, I really love Dream Spa for services like facials, massages, and full sets. I have only had great experiences there up until now. A few days ago, I purchased the Spring Beauty package. My pedi was done first, and within the first 5 minutes, the tech cut my toe skin and it was bleeding into the water. The tech apologized and applied pressure, then continued with the pedi. i’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great time, it’s super clean and relaxing. my best friend and i come in and get our nails done together and it’s just like magic ✨
If you are wanting designs on your nails GO TO DREAM SPA! My roommate discovered them on Instagram and saw the nail art designs they could do. She suggested we go here for our Halloween nails (we were planning to get very very intricate artwork done) and they came out FABULOUS! We have continued to have our nails done here for a year now and from simple single colors to nail art, you could say... they NAIL it every time! *pun intended. ;) Everyone is kind and knows what they are doing. In the rare instances someone can not do the design I want, they work as a team and bring other technicians in to make sure I leave with the nails I want!
