Great and simple process. Large selection of flooring options. They helped us select the best floor for our multiple dog household. Install was quick and the crews were respectful of our house and left it clean.
Workmanship was excellent. On time each morning.
But…. Did not show respect for my belongings. Plastic draping was insufficient.
Tools placed on furniture. Disregard for delicate tile fireplace hearth. I even placed a sign there as a warning but they placed wood scraps there anyway.
Offered them bottled water and soft drinks in garage refrig. Didn’t expect them to totally empty it. Even took drinks out as they left at end of day. Never asked to use refrig for their own food but did. Left food and drink in the guest bath. Manners please.
Crew chief was very defensive. When I asked questions he always answered “it will be fine”.... read full review
